Biography
Mr. Bradley's practice has focused on civil litigation for the 40+ years of his practice. In approximately 2000 he started an element of his practice as a mediator and an arbitrator. He completed a 40 hour course in mediations and completed American arbitration Association training as an arbitrator. Since that time he has conducted mediations on a vast variety of civil litigation or prelitigation issues surrounding all aspects of business law, real estate Law, and personal injury law. He has conducted mediations of claims including boundary disputes, partition actions, business contract disputes, real estate disputes, business dissolution and partnership dispute issues, agricultural lease disputes, personal injury claims, and any other varieties of civil disputes ranging in claims from $10,000 to in excess of $1 million.
